LaunchMotion Pte. Ltd. exists because too many good products fail publicly for preventable reasons: misaligned messaging, media that switches on before conversion paths work, or creative that looks impressive in a boardroom but underperforms in a feed.
Who we are
LaunchMotion is a registered Singapore private limited company (UEN 202513042H) providing marketing and advertising services to client brands. We are strategists, media specialists, producers and analysts — not instructors selling templates, and not a software vendor licensing seats. Our work spans go-to-market planning, paid media, creative motion, PR and influencer coordination, landing pages and launch analytics.
The agency was founded by practitioners who spent years inside in-house marketing teams and media agencies before deciding that launches deserved a dedicated operator — one team accountable for the full sequence instead of a patchwork of freelancers and siloed vendors.
We serve Singapore headquarters, regional APAC hubs and international brands entering the market for the first time. Categories we work in regularly include fintech, B2B software, hospitality, retail, professional services and consumer health — always with compliance and category norms respected.

Our office sits at 55 Amoy Street, #02-01, Singapore 069880 — in the Telok Ayer conservation area where agencies, startups and F&B concepts sit side by side. That location is deliberate: launches need proximity to clients for working sessions, to production crews for rapid shoots and to the financial district for stakeholder meetings that cannot always happen over video.
The studio is set up for workshop days, edit reviews and war-room reporting during go-live weeks. When your launch hits a critical hour, you reach people who already know your brief — not a rotating call centre.
Leadership
LaunchMotion is led by senior marketers with agency and in-house backgrounds across Southeast Asia. The founding team stays involved in client engagements through go-live — not only at pitch stage — so strategy decisions made in week one still connect to media pacing in week eight.
We hire for craft and accountability: traders who read dashboards before breakfast during launch week, producers who understand platform specs, and strategists who write plans clients actually use. We keep the team deliberately lean so partners know who is on their account.
