1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using launchmotion.pro (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors, browsers and users of the Site.

Separate written agreements govern paid marketing and advertising services we provide to clients. If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and a signed client contract, the signed contract prevails for that client relationship.

2. About LaunchMotion

LaunchMotion Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore private limited company providing marketing and advertising services including strategy, paid media, SEO, content, social media, creative production, CRM and lifecycle marketing for client brands. We are a professional services firm — not an educational course provider, not a software-as-a-service product vendor, and not a source of financial, legal or investment advice.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Site for lawful personal or internal business purposes: reading about our services, submitting enquiries through the contact form, and downloading publicly available materials for reference. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation in Singapore or your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other users' data or non-public areas of the Site.
• Introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks or scrape content in a manner that imposes unreasonable load.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
• Copy, reproduce or republish substantial portions of the Site for commercial redistribution without prior written consent.
• Use automated means to harvest email addresses or submit spam through our forms.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, page layout, photographs, icons, audio-visual materials and software — is owned by LaunchMotion Pte. Ltd. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. The LaunchMotion name, logo and "The Launch Sequence" programme descriptors are our trade identifiers.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and temporarily cache Site content for personal or internal business evaluation. No licence is granted to modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content except as expressly permitted by law or with our written approval.

Client work displayed in case outlines remains subject to client approvals and confidentiality arrangements. Metrics and descriptions are illustrative of past engagements, not templates for reuse.

5. Information on the Site

We publish information about our launch marketing services, team, studio location and selected work in good faith. While we aim for accuracy, Site content is general in nature and may change without notice. It does not constitute a binding offer, proposal or commitment until confirmed in a signed agreement.

Descriptions of services, timelines, pricing ranges and case study metrics are indicative. Actual scope, fees and deliverables are defined in client proposals and contracts after discovery. Nothing on the Site guarantees future performance comparable to past case results.

6. No guarantees of marketing outcomes

LaunchMotion provides marketing and advertising services including strategy, paid media, SEO, content, social, creative, CRM and lifecycle work for client brands. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, media reach, social virality, lead volumes, conversion rates, sales, revenue, profit or return on investment. Marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors including budget, product-market fit, pricing, competitive activity, platform algorithm changes, economic conditions and client approval timelines.

Case studies and statistics referenced on the Site reflect historical client work under specific conditions. They are not promises or forecasts for your project. You should evaluate any engagement with independent business judgement.

7. Contact form and communications

When you submit the contact form, you confirm that information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share it. You must complete the PDPA consent checkbox before submission. We may use your message to respond and maintain records as described in our Privacy Policy.

Email and phone communications are not guaranteed to be error-free or uninterrupted. Do not send confidential information you are not willing to have processed according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to third-party websites, social platforms or tools (for example, Google Fonts or analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices or availability. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be secure, free of errors or compatible with all devices and browsers.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, LaunchMotion Pte. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100), except where liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaunchMotion Pte. Ltd. and its personnel from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party rights in connection with your use of the Site.

12. Privacy and cookies

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie Policy. By using the Site you acknowledge those policies.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time for maintenance, security, legal compliance or if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will survive.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree that the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or the Site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your home jurisdiction if you are accessing the Site from outside Singapore.

15. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes may be highlighted on the Site. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' intent.
