Is LaunchMotion a marketing course, a motion-graphics tool, or a guarantee my launch goes viral?
No on all three counts. LaunchMotion Pte. Ltd. is a marketing and advertising agency — we provide professional services including strategy, paid media, creative production, PR, landing pages and reporting for client brands. We do not sell online courses, certification programmes or access to a motion-graphics SaaS product. We also do not guarantee viral reach, specific rankings, lead volumes, sales or return on investment. Outcomes depend on your budget, product, market conditions and competition. Our role is to plan and execute launch work diligently against agreed targets and report results honestly.
What types of clients do you work with?
We work with Singapore-based companies and regional headquarters launching products, entering new markets or running major campaign moments. Typical clients include fintech, B2B software, hospitality, retail, consumer brands and professional services firms. We prefer engagements where marketing leadership has authority to approve strategy and media spend within agreed guardrails.
How is LaunchMotion different from a general digital agency?
Our processes, team structure and reporting cadence are built around launch windows — compressed timelines, coordinated channel spikes and post-launch sustain. Generalist agencies may spread attention across always-on SEO or maintenance tasks; we optimise for the sequence from pre-launch through go-live and the first 90 days after.
What is the minimum engagement size?
Project engagements typically start from SGD 25,000 in professional fees excluding media spend, though smaller audit or strategy-only scopes are available. Retainers begin at a monthly fee agreed after discovery. We will tell you during the first call if your budget cannot support the scope you need — that saves everyone time.
How long does a launch project take?
Most single-market launches need six to ten weeks from kick-off to go-live. Complex regulatory categories, multi-country rollouts or large creative production may extend that. We map phases in the proposal so you know what must happen before media switches on.
Do you manage media spend in your own accounts?
No. Paid media runs in client-owned ad accounts (Google, Meta, etc.) with LaunchMotion granted management access. You retain ownership of billing relationships and historical data. Our fees cover strategy, setup, management and reporting — not undisclosed media markups.
Can you work with our existing creative or PR partners?
Yes. We often lead the launch sequence while coordinating with in-house teams or specialist vendors. We require a single written brief and clear decision owners so approvals do not stall the timeline.
What does reporting look like during launch week?
During go-live we provide daily summaries covering spend, delivery, conversion and notable issues — plus a live channel for urgent decisions. After launch week, reporting returns to weekly until the agreed sustain phase ends.
How do you handle personal data under Singapore PDPA?
